It’s no secret that diverse and inclusive workplaces are good for business and employees. Pride network ally from ANZ Launceston, Alastair shares his views on this as a key to success.   

 

“Everyone deserves the right to be safe, and happy and comfortable in the environment they’re in,” Alastair says. “If you are comfortable you are confident, and if you are confident you can succeed”.

This year ANZ took a little bit of Mardi Gras and all that it represents to different parts of Australia. The ‘Love is Love’ sign located on Oxford St Launceston symbolises that Cupid’s arrow can strike us at any time and we don’t know who we might fall for.
