Based out of Port Augusta in South Australia, ANZ Agribusiness Manager Mikaela Rasmus services a huge area – sometimes having to drive 8 hours one way to meet with her customers. And while at times it’s challenging and being away from family can be difficult, Mikaela says she wouldn’t have it any other way. Having customers in such isolated and remote locations, means she develops very strong relationships and connections with them and their families.
“We are multi-generational bankers. Sometimes I know the grandmothers, the mother, the husband and the children. The relationship itself is very unique.”
